What products does Radytte offer?

We offer two types of signs: Dynamic Signs and Neon Signs.

Dynamic LED Signs have a classic nostalgic style and are suitable for various commercial settings.

Neon Signs are more fashionable and can be used in a variety of shops as well as for home decoration and creating ambiance.

How can I customize a LED Sign?

Customers can fill out the customization page with their specific requirements. After receiving the customization request, we will contact the customer within 24 hours to confirm the details.

We will then design the sign based on the communication with the customer. Once the design is confirmed by the customer, we will generate an order and send it to the customer for payment.

After receiving the payment, we will arrange for production, conduct quality inspections, package the products and accessories, and arrange for delivery through a logistics provider.

Dynamic Signs or Neon Signs?

Dynamic Signs are made up of individual 5mm LED beads as the light source. The dynamic effects are achieved by controlling the on-off switch of the beads through circuits. The signs typically have a steady mode and 2-3 dynamic modes that can be manually switched.

Neon signs use LED light strips as the light source and can be single-color or multi-color. They support complex colors and patterns and can be adjusted for brightness, color, and dynamic modes using a remote control.

Do I need to pay for shipping?

Shipping is free for orders of $70 or more. Additional shipping fees may apply for certain accessories when purchased separately.

To ensure safe delivery, we seal, cushion, and waterproof every package to protect the signs during transportation.

How much do custom signs cost?

The pricing of customized signs is based on factors such as size, quantity of materials used, and selection of accessories.The price is generally not higher than that of similar signs in the store.

We will provide a clear price when confirming the design with the customer.

How long will it take for me to receive the signs?

Non-customized signs can be shipped within 3 days after payment is made. We use FedEx/UPS as the logistics provider, and the delivery time is 2-3 working weeks.

Customized signs may require an additional 3-5 working days for communication, design confirmation, and other pre-production processes.

Design Questions

How do I choose the color?

Neon Signs: We offer different colors such as Blue, Red, Orange, Purple, Lemon Yellow, Golden, Green, Ice Blue, Pink, Warm White, and Cold White to create colorful texts or patterns.

Dynamic Signs: The LED beads have colors of red, green, blue, yellow, orange, pink, and white. They can form dynamic texts or patterns with various colors.

You can choose the color yourself, or you can describe your usage scenario, and our designer will design the color for you based on your description.

Can I choose my own pattern or logo?

You only need to express your creativity and ideas through text description or sketching, and then send them to us through our Customization Page, or directly write an email to: info@radytte.com. After we receive your information, we will communicate and confirm with you within 24 hours, and then enter the free product design.

Is the design free?

Yes, the design is free. Our designers will design a satisfactory neon light pattern or logo for you according to your requirements and preferences. You can see our design plan on our customization page and give us your feedback or suggestions. We will try our best to meet your needs until you are satisfied with the design.

Product Questions

How long is the warranty？

The warranty period for All Signs is 1 year.

Do the signs consume electricity?

The power consumption of a sign depends on the materials used.

Dynamic Signs are based on the number of LED beads used, and Neon Signs are based on the length of LED strips used.

Are the signs environmentally friendly?

Our Signs have passed CE and RoHS certification, which means they meet the European Union’s standards for safety, health, and environmental protection.

Do the signs support the power standards of different countries?

Our signs use UL-certified power adapters, which are compatible with most countries’ power standards. You can choose different adapter options based on your location from our design tool before checking out your cart.

Do the signs support remote control / phone control?

Neon Signs come with a remote control by default. Single-color signs only support brightness adjustment and mode switching. Multi-color signs support color change, brightness adjustment, and mode switching.

Dynamic Signs do not come with a remote control by default. They switch modes through the pull ring on the signs.

What are the installation methods for signs?

There are four installation methods for Neon Signs: Mirror Screws [M8], Self-tapping screws[M4], 3M Tape, Hanging Rope. You can choose according to your needs before checking out your cart.

Due to the product characteristics, Dynamic Signs are default to provide hanging installation method.

Shipping & Delivery Questions

Can the delivery address be changed?

You can change the delivery address at any time before the order is shipped; if you need to change the delivery address after the order is shipped, we cannot guarantee the delivery time and safety, and there may be additional transportation costs.

Can I receive my package safely?

In order to ensure the safety and integrity of the goods reaching your hands, we have taken the following measures.

• A protective film is attached to the acrylic back plate to prevent scratches on the surface of the product due to friction during transportation.

• The product is first tightly wrapped with moisture-proof and waterproof film, and then wrapped with anti-collision simulation bubble bag, which plays a role of dust-proof and moisture-proof.

• A specially-made 10mm thick honeycomb packaging box is used, and the corners of the box are reinforced with corner protectors to ensure that the product is intact.

• The accessories are fixed in the groove of the packaging box, and assisted by rolling tape to fix them, and they will not shake during transportation.

• The packaging box is covered with a thick waterproof bag, and wrapped tightly with tape.

• Choose logistics providers such as UPS/FedEx to ensure delivery.

How do I track my order?

After the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code from us, which you can use to check the delivery progress on the corresponding courier service website.

If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service to get it.

How much time does it take to deliver the product?

Payments and Returns Questions

How do I pay for the order?

Once you have confirmed your design, you can log into your account and pay for your pending order. There are a variety of online and credit card payment options available, the most common being PayPal and credit cards.

So you can pay for the order safely and quickly, irrespective of your location. Furthermore, the security considerations of the website protect your payment details.

How do I return or replace the goods?

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to info@radytte.com. If the case is deemed valid, we will cover related cost to deliver a replacement.

If buyers request product return for reasons other than manufacturing defects, we are not responsible for the return shipping cost.

After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.

Notice: For customized products, since the customer has confirmed the customized results, returns or refunds are not accepted unless it is a product quality problem.

How do I cancel the order?

Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled.

Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making their purchases.
